So, I know. I know.

P.S. Please accept the greatest gift I can give.

P.P.S. Thanks to all who continue to make my novels a success. I seriously couldn’t have done it with everyone’s support. I’m excited to say that Little Man, and the Dixon County War  has gone as high as No. 16 on the Amazon UK Paid List (see here and here). My second novel, Sold Outhas also done well, also, going as high as No. 81 on the Amazon Paid List for the category of War (see here and here). Learn more about both books here.

  1. I’m one of those weird people who actually enjoys exercise. I guess I just know how good I’ll feel when it’s done and how many benefits it’s giving me.

You calling us fat, Stan? :)

  3. I’ve found It’s all about forming a habit. The first week is always a bitch, but if you’ve done it enough times, you learn to recognize the cycle and just work through it. After that, it actually bothers you when you’re forced to miss a session and this in turn gets you more motivated.

    • Yeah, that’s so true. And while the first week is tough, the first day is indescribable. You feel fat. You feel stupid. Your goals seem unattainable and miles away…

Always hate that first day back when I’ve gotten out of the habit.

  4. I exercise like a penguin…. i waddle!
    And round is a shape!
Good article my problem is remembering when i have 5 minutes. Aka as you finish dinner and get ready for desert, no getting in the water for an hour and i do not want to risk it on dry land either ;)

As a fitness instructor, I wish the whole world could understand and feel the value of exercise. It may not always be fun but it is always essential for a healthy and useful body!
