Had a brutal Monday…
Like a “get kicked in the face and nearly beat to death Monday.”
But that’s okay. I survived and I’m really glad I was already half-way through a Navy Seal book on mental toughness. Tomorrow I’m betting on me, same as I did today. I don’t think Monday knew who it was messing with…
How was everyone else’s Monday?
Keep the faith,

P.S. Believe me… You really want to follow me.
Stan, who was messing with you? Let me know and like a good Quaker lady, I’ll beat him up. :-p
Other than that, my Monday was the same as all my Mondays, Tuesdays etc. but last Saturday was outstanding — the Community Orchestra’s (free) Holiday Concert. You ought to drag your butt over there sometime – concerts at the First Baptist Church, which you can see from your offices!

Agreed. I made one last year, but haven’t of late. I need to do a better job of making that happen!

Monday didn’t know what it was getting into when it messed with you, Stan. Now me, that’s another story. SF.

Now, Mike,..
No putting yourself down. You’re a Marine from 1/8. Go watch some motivational Marine videos on YouTube and then crank out some push ups. The positive mental and physical stimulation will prove just what you need to deal with these last few days of madness before Christmas with your job. I can only imagine what kind of stress you’re under.
Hang in there. You got this.

Thanks, Tom! And actually I want this weekend due to an early deadline before Christmas, but I’ll get some time off afterward.
And today rocked, so it made up for the terrible day yesterday. Thanks for commenting, and let me know if you’d ever like to guest blog about something!
