Tons of great tidbits in this article: Why every man should be strong.

Great reading, but for those who understand the ‘real world’, this one is a no-brainer.
The de-ballization of the Western male is in full flower, and it is evident in any social activity I attend.
Head over to the mall, go grocery shopping, and – my personal favorite – attend any sporting event, and eyeball the human specimens wandering around. It’s enough to make me wonder if I’ve been warped into a different dimension.
Life is meant to be lived as hard as you can stand it, and those wandering timidly through will never know what they’re missing.
Not too long ago I watched a video of Ray Lewis talking to kids about what it takes to make it to be successful (will post video link if I can find it) and it was fantastic. The answer to real success is resting deep inside each of us – if we’re willing to reach down inside and pull it out. It ain’t easy, but nothing worth having is.
There is a lot more to this rant, but I’m only half-way through my afternoon workout.
    Semper Fi, Bro
PS – the whole physical fitness discussion applies equally to the distaff side.
