Hope everyone had a great Christmas, and if you’re anything like me, you probably ate too much and lounged even more.
And most likely, you feel completely groggy and out of it today.
If that’s the case, here’s a great, little ancient Chinese workout (called Qigong) that will help kick your body back into gear. And don’t worry: it’s short, and you won’t get hot and sweaty.
Give it a try, and see if you don’t feel completely energized afterward. It’s not even seven minutes long, and the movements are nice and slow. (You probably won’t even be out of breath.)
