Are you dreading work tomorrow?

It’s just after 10 o’clock on Sunday night and I’m betting there’s quite a few of you out there dreading work tomorrow, fighting the reality that you should be heading to bed soon.

I know I’ve been there. Way too many times to count.

Everything in your soul is screaming that you’re in the wrong job, you’re stuck, you’re miserable, and the last thing you want to do is go lay down and wake up in the morning.

Well, I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be that way.

As Sifu Shi Yan Ming says,

“You create your own life. You make it heaven or hell. Destiny is not something that happens to you. You create your own destiny. … You must grasp your life and sharpen it.”

If any of these words have hit home, and you’re one of those who just knows you’re not doing what you were meant to do, then I challenge you to have some faith and listen to those voices.

And read the following link, as I think it will feed that small fire burning deep in your soul:

My big news, and as much motivation as I can possibly shove your way.

Anyway, two quick things on this stormy Thursday night here in Oak Ridge.

P.S. If you enjoy fast-paced books, you just might like my works. “Sold Out” tracks the life of a legendary Marine Sniper after a CIA unit decides to kill him for reasons of national security. “Little Man, and the Dixon County War” tells the uphill fight a young deputy faces after surviving three years of war only to find himself in the sights of a mighty cattle baron. And “Soldier On,” a short novel, follows the lives of several German soldiers in a depleted infantry company trying to make it through the final, miserable months of World War II.
